OBRAĐIVANI PODACI
Ovisno o načinu komunikacije možemo obrađivati ime i prezime, e-mail adresu, telefonski broj, sadržaj upita, podatke koje korisnik dobrovoljno dostavi te tehničke podatke potrebne za sigurnost i rad web-stranice.
SVRHE OBRADE
Podaci se obrađuju radi odgovaranja na upite, komunikacije s klijentima, ugovaranja i pružanja usluga, ispunjavanja zakonskih obveza, zaštite pravnih interesa, sigurnosti web-stranice i statističke analize korištenja stranice.
PRAVNE OSNOVE
Ovisno o okolnostima pravna osnova može biti privola, poduzimanje radnji na zahtjev ispitanika prije sklapanja ugovora, izvršenje ugovora, zakonska obveza ili legitimni interes, u skladu s člankom 6. GDPR-a.
KONTAKTNI OBRAZAC
Kontaktni obrazac koristi vlastiti PHP sustav na IONOS web prostoru i PHP mail(). Poruke se šalju s info@laviniumstudio.com na lavinium@laviniummarketing.com. Ne koristi se zaseban vanjski pružatelj usluge kontakt-forme.
IONOS WEBANALYTICS
Web-stranica koristi IONOS WebAnalytics. Prema trenutnoj konfiguraciji koristi JavaScript i podatke iz server-logova za statističku analizu, ne koristi kolačiće za ovu svrhu, a IP adresa se prije pohrane skraćuje/anonymizira. Pravna osnova je legitimni interes prema čl. 6. st. 1. toč. (f) GDPR-a.
HOSTING
Web-stranica hostana je kod IONOS SE. Ako IONOS obrađuje osobne podatke u ime LAVINIUM-a, obrada se provodi u okviru odgovarajućih ugovornih odnosa i zahtjeva članka 28. GDPR-a.
OSTALE TEHNOLOGIJE
Google Fonts učitavaju se lokalno, bez povezivanja s Google poslužiteljima. Instagram je samo poveznica; nema ugrađenog Instagram feeda ili plugina. Nema ugrađenih YouTube, Vimeo ili Google Maps sadržaja. Ne koriste se vanjski JS/CSS CDN-ovi. Slike i videozapisi hostaju se lokalno.
PRAVA ISPITANIKA
Kada su ispunjeni zakonski uvjeti, ispitanik ima pravo na pristup, ispravak, brisanje, ograničenje obrade, prenosivost podataka, prigovor i povlačenje privole. Za ostvarivanje prava kontaktirati: lavinium@laviniummarketing.com. Ispitanik ima i pravo podnijeti pritužbu nadležnom tijelu za zaštitu osobnih podataka.
ČUVANJE PODATAKA
Podaci se čuvaju onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno za svrhu obrade ili koliko nalažu zakonske obveze. Osobni podaci ne prodaju se trećim osobama.

Depending on how you communicate with us, we may process your name, e-mail address, telephone number, enquiry content, information voluntarily provided by you, and technical data required for website security and operation.
PURPOSES
Data may be processed to respond to enquiries, communicate with clients, arrange and provide services, comply with legal obligations, protect legal interests, maintain website security and analyse website use.
LEGAL BASES
Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be consent, pre-contractual measures, contract performance, legal obligations or legitimate interests under Article 6 GDPR.
CONTACT FORM
The contact form uses a proprietary PHP system on IONOS web space and PHP mail(). Messages are sent from info@laviniumstudio.com to lavinium@laviniummarketing.com. No separate external contact-form provider is used.
IONOS WEBANALYTICS
The website uses IONOS WebAnalytics. Under the current configuration it uses JavaScript and server-log data for statistical analysis, does not use cookies for this purpose, and the IP address is shortened/anonymised before storage. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
HOSTING
The website is hosted by IONOS SE. Where IONOS processes personal data on behalf of LAVINIUM, the applicable processor requirements under Article 28 GDPR apply.
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
Google Fonts are hosted locally, without a connection to Google servers for font loading. Instagram is only a link; there is no embedded Instagram feed or plugin. There are no embedded YouTube, Vimeo or Google Maps contents. No external JS/CSS CDNs are used. Images and videos are hosted locally.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Where legally applicable, users have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. To exercise rights, contact lavinium@laviniummarketing.com. Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
RETENTION
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt insbesondere zur Beantwortung von Anfragen, Kommunikation mit Kunden, Vereinbarung und Erbringung von Leistungen, Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten, Wahrung rechtlicher Interessen, Sicherheit der Website und Analyse der Website-Nutzung.
RECHTSGRUNDLAGEN
Je nach Situation können Einwilligung, vorvertragliche Maßnahmen, Vertragserfüllung, gesetzliche Verpflichtungen oder berechtigte Interessen nach Art. 6 DSGVO die Rechtsgrundlage sein.
KONTAKTFORMULAR
Das Kontaktformular verwendet ein eigenes PHP-System auf dem IONOS-Webspace und PHP mail(). Nachrichten werden von info@laviniumstudio.com an lavinium@laviniummarketing.com gesendet. Es wird kein separater externer Anbieter für Kontaktformulare verwendet.

HOSTING
Die Website wird bei IONOS SE gehostet. Soweit IONOS personenbezogene Daten im Auftrag von LAVINIUM verarbeitet, gelten die Anforderungen an Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO.
WEITERE TECHNOLOGIEN
Google Fonts werden lokal gehostet; zum Laden der Fonts besteht keine Verbindung zu Google-Servern. Instagram ist nur als Link vorhanden; es gibt keinen eingebetteten Instagram-Feed und kein Plugin. YouTube, Vimeo und Google Maps sind nicht eingebettet. Es werden keine externen JS/CSS-CDNs verwendet. Bilder und Videos werden lokal gehostet.
RECHTE DER BETROFFENEN
Soweit gesetzlich vorgesehen, bestehen Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Widerruf einer Einwilligung.
